Joanne Turner BSc, MSc(Nutr, Diet & Ex Rehab), APD, AEP, AccSD

Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist

Joanne Turner is both an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, with a Master of Science degree in nutrition, dietetics and exercise rehabilitation, from the University of Wollongong.

Joanne is an Accredited Sports Dietitian, trained as a sports nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport and has worked with national and state sporting teams and some of Australia’s top athletes. Joanne is the official dietitian to the Parramatta Eels NRL, Golf NSW and a NSW Institute of Sport Accredited Nutrition Service Provider. 

Joanne has a range of key interests, including disordered eating, weight management and nutrition for associated chronic lifestyle diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.  Joanne has additional qualifications in paediatric nutrition and is very passionate about promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle for kids. Catriona Hull  BSc (Nutrition), Msc(Nutrition and Dietetics) APD

Accredited Practising Dietitian

Catriona is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and is officially recognised by then as an Accredited Practising Dietitian(APD). Catriona has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition and a Masters of Science degree majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong.

Catriona is a mother of four children and her main interests lie in the prevention and management of lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, weight management and polycysitic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Other interests include pregnancy health, coeliac disease and other gastrointestinal disorders such as Irritable Bowel Sydrome (IBS). Catriona's experience includes a variety of clinical and community based positions.

Catriona has a genuine passion for good health and helping people. She takes a fresh and innovative approach to empower people set personal goals. She translates the latest research into understandable and useable nutrition and lifestyle advice to make these goals a reality and provides ongoing support and motivation to make these changes permanent.

Hayley McDonald BSocSci(Crim/Psych) PGDip(Psych) MPsych(Clin) PhD Candidate

Clinical Psychologist

Hayley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science and Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from the University Western Sydney, a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Bond University and is currently completing a PhD in Psychology at Macquarie University. Hayley has received several academic awards, including Dean’s Scholar and is a recipient of the Australian Postgraduate Scholarship at Macquarie University. She has presented her research at national and international conferences, and has acted as peer reviewer for a number of journals.

Hayley's work encompasses a range of interventions drawn from an evidence base to address the whole person and their presenting difficulties. Her approach integrates many differing schools of psychotherapy and is informed by psychoanalytic literature, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Brief Solution Focused Therapies, adapted to fit the individual client needs.

Hayley's approach is to work together to provide an empathic, genuine and mutual understanding of a person's difficulties, with a view to enhancing personal growth and personal meaning, and enriching relationships with oneself and others. Through a better understanding of themselves, other people and their relationships Hayley helps her clients to begin to discover and live from a place of their own authentic self. She believes in building a safe therapeutic relationship as an important first step in this process. Hayley is a fully registered Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and has specialist registration under Medicare.

Angela Webster BPsych MAPS

Registered Psychologist

Angela has been a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) since 2010 and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She completed her Bachelor in Psychology in South America in The Pontifical Xavierian University; her qualifications were assessed and approved by The Australian Psychological Society, Angela speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Angela is an experienced Psychologist with a broad background in areas including: mental health, substance abuse, crisis intervention and organisational psychology. Angela has experience working in a wide range of settings including educational, community and corporate.
Angela has a very caring nature with a genuine desire to help. Angela strongly believes in building an empathetic and mutually respectful relationship with all her clients. She has a client centred, task focused approach that is uniquely tailored to the individual needs of each client and approaches her work with enthusiasm and energy. 
Angela has a passion for strength based and values driven therapy and practices within evidence based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focus Therapy. She is also eager to continue to expand her skills and has done training in Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Angela brings a wealth of life experience with her from her own multicultural background. As a mother of two, Angela understands and relates to the challenging journey of raising children, adjustment to parenthood, parenting and family issues. She is also skilled in treating areas including: depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship issues. With more than 10 years’ experience as a Psychologist Angela is comfortable working with a broad range of clients including adults, young people and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities (CALD). 

Vicki Darmanin BA, Grad Dip Science (Psychology), MA

Registered Psychologist

Vicki Darmanin is a fully registered psychologist specializing in treating adults with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. She has worked as a psychologist and counsellor for over 10 years, with a strong background in public mental health. As an experienced therapist, Vicki has worked with individuals, therapy groups and families. She also continues to work as an educator, providing training to clinicians and the community. Vicki is registered to provide services through Workcover NSW, and to Australian Defence personnel.

Vicki works with her clients using an eclectic range of treatment modalities, mainly working with evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, and also using solution focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing. Vicki has a strong interest in other mindfulness based treatments such as mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

As a qualified yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, Vicki is able to incorporate additional skills in stress management treatment using various mindfulness techniques.

Vicki works empathically and collaboratively with each individual, allowing the client to draw on their strengths as they work towards their lasting recovery.
