Hayley Patterson grauated from University of Wollongong with honours. She is a passionate and experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian and the newest member of the NuActive Health team.

Hayley has worked extensively in the areas of diabetes, heart disease, weight management and food intolerances.

Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist

Joanne Turner is both an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, with a Master of Science degree in nutrition, dietetics and exercise rehabilitation, from the University of Wollongong.

Joanne trained as a sports nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport and has worked with national and state sporting teams and some of Australia’s top athletes. Joanne is the official dietitian to the Cronulla Sharks NRL, Tennis Australia and a NSW Institute of Sport Accredited Nutrition Service Provider. 

Joanne has a range of key interests, including disordered eating, weight management and nutrition for associated chronic lifestyle diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.  Joanne has additional qualifcations in paediatric nutrition and is very passionate about promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle for kids. Stephanie Allen BSc (Psych) GradDipAppPsych MPsych (Clin) MAPS, MACPA, CCLIN

Clinical Psychologist

Stephanie has nearly a decade of experience treating adults, adolescents and couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, and eating disorders. She has worked in both inpatient and community settings, and she is trained in several psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

 

 

 

Dr Ray Olds M.B., B.S., B.Sc.

General Practitioner

Raymond Olds graduated in Science from Sydney University with a major in pharmacology in 1966, he then continued on at this university and graduated in Medicine in 1974.

Raymond Olds spent his first year after graduation at Royal Hobart Hospital, and second at Sutherland Hospital.  He then briefly joined a general practice in Gymea with Dr Murray Bamford before establishing this practice.  Here he gained valuable experience with a senior General Practitioner. Dr Olds has a special interest in Geriatrics.
