Fees / Rebates
Our Consultation Fees are as follows:
Dietitian Initial Consultation (45minutes-1 hour) $140-$160
Dietitian Follow-up Consultation (20-30 mins) $60
Initial Consultation - Pensioner / Health Care Card Holder $110
Follow-up Consultation - Pensioner / Health Care Card Holder $55
Consultation fees are payable before or on the day of appointment.
We accept cash, cheque, Eftpos or MasterCard and VISA.
There is a small $1 surcharge for the use of credit cards.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend.
A cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours notice is given.
Fees are claimable through most private health funds, depending on your level of cover – it is best to check with your health fund to determine your particular entitlements but we have provided details of the rebates from most of the major health funds below.
We have Health Claims (like HICCAPS) system available to claim private health fund rebate at the time of payment, so conveniently you only have to pay the gap payment.
For Medicare items, you need to pay at the time of the consultation and visit a Medicare office or fill in a mail claiming form to get your rebate. Please note Medicare rebates are only available for those clients who have an Enhanced Primary Care, team care arrangment in place with their General Practioner.
Rebates: It is the clients responsibility to check with your health fund your rebate.
