Educate staff about the benefits of healthy eating, and will provide practical interactive session that will facilitate healthy food choices when shopping and preparing food, and when eating out. Staff will be given printed materials to remind them of the core principals, and goals will be set to provide ongoing motivation.

Menu review:

Our dietitians can review the food available in the office cafe or nearby cafes and provided a list of healthy drinks and food items to create a “healthy fridge” and to ensure a healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks options are always available.

Office Relaxation

Discussion  & practical application of various relaxation methods– to help individuals cope with stress.  Learn how to rest for minutes that seems like hours.
