NuActive Health is a busy, dynamic allied health and medical practice in South
Sydney. Due to
Maternity leave, an opening exists for a highly
motivated, passionate and experienced APD to join our successful team to work
with individuals and groups, and potentially be part of the many other exciting
projects at NuActive Health.
While
initially a 4-6-month contract, there may be potential to expand into a
permanent part or full time position and for career development opportunities.
Essential Criteria and experience
Full APD
status of the Dietitians Association of Australia
DVA and
HIC eligible as a Dietitian
Minimum
of 3 years previous clinical dietetic experience
Flexibility
with working hours including Saturdays
Organised,
punctual with attention to detail
Passionate
about helping people and enjoy one on one consultations
Strong
written and verbal communication and computer skills
Ability
to work independently
Desired
/ Beneficial
Existing
provider numbers
Additional
qualifications as a sports dietitian, anthropometrist, exercise physiologist,
and / or psychologist.
Some
private practice experience
Salary
or contract position / remuneration negotiable. Flexible working hours/days but
must be able to work Saturdays for the duration of the maternity leave.
Interviews will be held late August/early September and the successful
candidate with be notified early September for a mid to late September start
date.

opportunity exists to start your own business within an established diverse
medical and allied health private practice.
We are seeking
an experienced clinical psychologist to work 1 - 6 days.
The
clinic currently has a team of dietitians, exercise physiologists and a General
Practitioner and receives referrals from over 250 GP’s for a wide range of
presenting concerns. There is opportunity to provide support to children,
adults, couples and families, with particular interest in weight and eating
related issues.
The
office is modern, fully furnished, fitted with all technology support systems including,
broadband internet with free email use, website, computer booking system, local
telephone calls, eftpos, hicaps, after hours security intercom etc with a team
environment to provide the best in client care.
Full
administrative support is provided.

rate or percentage of fees negotiable
Excellent
public transport
Eligibility
to receive the Medicare psychology rebate is essential, ideally eligible for
clinical psychologist rebate.
